1. Open the activation link supplied with your order; its unique code is applied automatically.
2. Create a new Intercom account and complete onboarding. A 14-day trial starts.
3. Follow the offer’s seat-claim step, or open Settings > Billing > Payment.
4. Add a payment card to start the subscription and activate the offer. Review included seats, usage charges and recurring billing before confirming.
5. Check the activated offer and 12-month term in your account.
