DATABUY DOCUMENTS

Seller Agreement

Admission, offer quality, delivery evidence and responsibility for third-party sellers.

1. Admission and scope

Seller status begins only after DataBuy approves a written onboarding agreement identifying the seller, beneficial ownership where required, authorised representatives, eligible markets and supported products. A seller page or this document alone does not enable sales. Sellers must supply current identity, business, tax and source-of-goods information required by applicable law and the relevant payment provider.

2. Lawful sourcing and accurate offers

Sellers must have the necessary rights to sell, transfer and deliver every listed product. Keep evidence of acquisition and resale permission where applicable. Do not list stolen, duplicated, expired, already redeemed, revoked, misleading or unlawfully obtained items. Describe region, duration, account requirements, licence restrictions and activation method accurately. Shared accounts, invitations, trial offers and lifetime claims require explicit qualification; availability from a supplier alone is not proof of permission.

3. Delivery and support

Deliver the purchased option through the approved order workflow within the time disclosed for the offer. Maintain delivery and activation evidence without exposing reusable keys or customer credentials in ordinary support logs. Cooperate with support, promptly answer substantiated complaints and provide relevant evidence within the reasonable deadline specified for the case. Do not require customers to close disputes, waive rights or leave positive reviews to receive a remedy.

4. Financial responsibility

Commissions, taxes, settlement currency, settlement triggers, reserves and payment fees are governed by the seller's separate accepted commercial schedule. No automatic escrow or fixed payout timetable is created by these policies. Where contractually agreed and lawful, documented refunds, payment reversals and direct losses caused by a seller breach may be allocated to that seller, with notice and review. Publication of these policies alone does not authorise a deduction or reserve.

5. Customer data and platform integrity

Use customer data only for fulfilment, support and lawful recordkeeping. Do not sell it, use it for unsolicited marketing or induce off-platform payment. Do not manipulate stock, reviews, rankings, identities or evidence. Notify DataBuy promptly of compromise, suspected fraud, a supplier revocation or any inability to honour an offer.

6. Suspension and termination

DataBuy may reject or remove offers and suspend selling privileges on substantiated compliance, fraud or product-quality grounds, subject to the seller contract and applicable law. Preserve records and resolve outstanding orders and eligible claims after termination. Any seller indemnity must be limited to legally recoverable, documented losses caused by that seller's breach and specified in the executed agreement.
