What should I do if activation fails?
Do not repeat activation on another account. Save the exact error, product name and order number, then contact support.
Can I use a product in another region?
Only if that region is explicitly supported on the product page. The country of the service account is usually more important than the payment location.
Can a delivered digital product be cancelled?
Cancellation and replacement depend on the delivery state and product terms. Review the refunds and cancellations policy before purchase.
