User Agreement

Use of the DataBuy beta platform, purchases and the responsibilities of each party.

1. Scope and contracting parties

DataBuy is an online platform for digital products at databuy.pro, operating in beta. These terms govern use of the website and purchases made through its checkout. Beta features may change, but beta status does not remove rights under an accepted order or mandatory applicable law. The operator and the actual seller must be identified before an order is placed. Where DataBuy is the seller, it remains responsible for its sale.

DataBuy provides the website interface, order workflow and support intake. If an offer expressly identifies an independent seller, that seller is responsible for its sale, lawful sourcing, accurate descriptions, delivery and applicable product remedies. This allocation applies only where it matches the actual disclosed purchase arrangement. Operating the interface or coordinating support does not itself create a guarantee of every independent seller's performance; DataBuy remains responsible for its own actions, express commitments and mandatory legal obligations.

The actual purchase arrangement governs responsibility. An undisclosed supplier behind a direct DataBuy sale does not become the buyer's seller merely because it supplied the item. Seller onboarding, fees and settlement arrangements require a separate agreement and apply only where actually available. These policies do not create escrow, a deposit account, a universal reimbursement guarantee or personal guarantees by founders or representatives.

2. Eligibility and account security

Users must have legal capacity to contract or valid authorisation from a legal representative. Provide accurate information and protect access credentials. Do not impersonate another person, evade account restrictions or share access in a way that enables fraud. Report suspected compromise through the support chat. DataBuy may restrict access where proportionate and necessary to investigate fraud, payment risk or a material breach, subject to applicable law.

3. Offers and orders

Check the seller, edition, duration, region, platform, account eligibility, delivery method and activation instructions before payment. Product-specific conditions disclosed before purchase form part of the order. A payment attempt or blockchain transfer alone does not establish an accepted order; acceptance and delivery status are shown in the order record. If an offer contains a material error or becomes unavailable, support will review cancellation and any amount due back rather than substitute another product without agreement.

4. Payments and charges

Use only the payment method, asset, network, amount and destination displayed for the active checkout. Fees and taxes charged by DataBuy must be disclosed before commitment. Third-party network or conversion charges depend on the payment route. Payment review may require relevant transaction evidence, but support will never request a wallet seed phrase or private key. Do not send a second payment while the first remains under review.

5. Delivery and remedies

The Digital Delivery Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Buyer Protection Procedure govern delivery and complaints. No text on the website removes a mandatory consumer remedy. Starting digital delivery can affect a statutory withdrawal right only where the required information, express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation have been provided; accepting general terms alone is not represented as satisfying those requirements.

6. Responsibility and limitations

Users are responsible for losses caused by their own inaccurate instructions or breach of clearly disclosed product conditions. To the extent legally permitted, DataBuy does not assume liability for indirect business losses, lost profits or third-party outages outside its reasonable control. No limitation excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable duties for non-conforming digital content, fraud or other mandatory protections. DataBuy remains responsible for obligations it actually undertakes.

7. Changes and disputes

Changes apply prospectively from their stated effective date and do not retrospectively remove rights under an accepted order. Contact support first and retain the order reference and evidence. Internal review does not remove access to regulators, courts or other mandatory remedies. Mandatory consumer protections apply regardless of any contractual allocation; these policies do not impose an exclusive foreign forum.
