1. Prohibited products and conduct
Do not offer or acquire through DataBuy stolen credentials, hacked accounts, unlawfully obtained keys, counterfeit licences, malware, personal-data dumps or products whose transfer infringes law or third-party rights. Do not use phishing, payment fraud, impersonation, sanctions evasion, fake evidence, extortion or review manipulation. Do not attempt unauthorised access to platform systems.
2. Restricted product qualification
Account transfers, shared subscriptions, educational offers, trials, invitations and unusually broad lifetime claims require a documented assessment of source, eligibility and transfer permission before admission. A marketplace listing elsewhere does not establish legality. Unsupported region-circumvention instructions must not be represented as authorised vendor activation.
3. Reporting and enforcement
Report a suspected infringement or unsafe offer through support with the listing reference and substantiating information. DataBuy may pause an offer or access while reviewing credible risk and request sourcing evidence. Enforcement must be proportionate and preserve records needed for orders, claims and legal obligations. Nothing in this policy independently authorises seizure of funds or deletion of transaction history.
